Jeff Baker, founder, and CEO received his Certified Public Accountants certificate.

Jeff received his Certified Financial Planners Certificate. As the regulations evolved and CPAs became allowed to help clients with investments, Baker began offering investment services and now provides services through Vanderbilt Securities and Vanderbilt Advisors Securities based out of Woodbury, New York.

We moved our main office to 304 West Locust Street in Boonville, as our clients outgrew our previous space.

We added a small office on West Water Street in Newburgh.

Due to continued expansion needs, in 2005 we moved into the former ES&N train station on East Water Street as our business continued to grow.

We acquired the tax practice of John Bender and added an office at Covert and Lodge in Evansville, IN.

In 2008, after several years of assisting David Douglas with his tax practice in Owensville, IN, we purchased the practice and the prior First National Bank of Owensville building on the square. This allowed us to expand our practice into Posey and Gibson counties.

In the fall of 2023, we closed our office on Covert in Evansville, IN and returned to our original location at 186 Hwy 261 in Boonville! Talk about coming full circle! We refer to our home office as Baker 261 to avoid confusion of having two offices in the same city. We still service our Covert clientele at our three locations.

At the end of 2025, we made the decision to consolidated our Owensville office into our three Warrick County locations.  We still provide services to our many wonderful clients in the Gibson County area.
